  • Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

    3. Return Shipping:

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

    4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

    5. Exclusions:

    • Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or customized items, digital products, perishable goods. Due to hygiene and sanitation reasons, these items are also not eligible for return: skin care & personal care items, undergarments, swimsuits.
    • Shipping Fees are also not returnable.

    6. Damaged or Defective Items:
